Lmao

I used Frozen Ravioli and some sauce in a jar(Walmart). Kids love the shit out of it and sometimes the only thing they'll eat.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVfGlr_Cifs"]YouTube - BBQ ribs, baby! courtesy of Tony Wright and Dane Meehan[/ame]

While these weren't the exact ribs we had today, Tony cooked more this afternoon.. Only 3 racks this time. These were from last weekend. You know Tony, that's my brother filming and narrating, and I'm the big dude in the red.

those ribs are amazing, and I don't normally enjoy ribs.

Just ate some mac n' cheese, thinking about making some taco's in a bit.

Well yesterday we invited my mom, little brother, and niece over for dinner - so I made something special.

I took a pork loin, opened it up and put bacon, brown sugar, and bbq spice inside it. Then I closed it up an covered it in more bacon, brown sugar, and bbq spice. Roasted it in the oven with potatoes and onions and it was SO good.

That's what we're having tonight too, mmmm leftovers!
